U.S. Ambassador to throw first pitch!

Opening Day is tomorrow, U.S. Ambassador to throw first pitch!

Welcome to the 2016 LondonSports Baseball & Softball season.  Our Spring Training sessions were a smash hit with over 400 players taking part.  The uniforms bags are packed, the fields are marked and food vendors will be serving up some tasty treats. So lets PLAY BALL!

We are proud to announce that the US Ambassador to United Kingdom, Matthew Barzun, will be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch tomorrow at 12:15PM.  If your children are playing in the morning games (T-Ball, Coaches Pitch, Minors and Junior Girls Softball), you should plan to grab a burger (or some Brisket!) and stick around a few minutes for the first pitch and the playing of national anthems of Great Britain and USA.  We will also be honouring the U10 Travel team, who last Summer won the UK National championship in stunning fashion.  Well done.

Start times by league:
T-Ball, Coaches Pitch, 9:30am – 11:30am
Jr. Girls & Minors: 9:30am – 12:30pm
Majors & Sr. Girls: 12:30pm – 3:30pm

What's new for 2016?

A new user friendly field layout, testing of improved backstop designs, all new batting helmets, Softball going fast pitch, new 16U Boys team, new U18 Girls softball team, more food vendors and a hospitality tent sponsored by Caffe Nero!

We would like to thank our 2016 Sponsors
